FIELD: devices for electro-chemical production of activated water solutions of oxidants, possible use for disinfection, pre-sterilization cleaning and sterilization of various objects.
SUBSTANCE: device contains diaphragm-type electro-chemical reactor, electrodes of which are divided by fine-pored diaphragm onto anode chamber, inlet and outlet of which are connected by anode circulation contour with device installed therein for separation of anode electrolysis gases, which is connected to line for draining anode electrolysis gases, and cathode chamber with inlet and outlet. The device contains separator for dividing gas and liquid phases of catholyte, outlets of which are connected to catholyte draining lines and to gas phase draining line, mixing unit, which is connected to anode electrolysis gas draining line, fresh water feeding line and line for draining water solution of oxidants. The fresh water feeding line is connected to input of cathode chamber, input of separator for division of gas and liquid phase is connected to output of cathode chamber, mixing unit is installed in the line for draining catholyte from separator. Device additionally contains device for increasing concentration of anolyte, made in form of running contact vessel, containing a filling of solid chloride of alkali metal, and installed on anode circulation contour between the device for separating anode electrolysis gases and the input of anode chamber.
EFFECT: ensured stable operation of device while controlling lesser number of parameters, improved characteristic of resulting product.
