FIELD: chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and methods for carrying out the processes of dehydration of various components from solids using solvents. The installation contains a vessel with heaters for the extraction base arranged sequentially along the flow of the solid and liquid phases, an extraction vessel with a tap in the lower part to release the resulting decay product, a condenser with a condensate collection tank, a pump pumping condensate into the base tank, pipelines connecting all elements of the installation into a single-circuit system. After the base tank, a steam temperature control sensor is installed. A pressure relief valve is installed in front of the condenser. A substance whose gas state is more volatile than water vapor is used as the basis for extraction. An ultrasound device is installed in the extraction vessel. The ratio of the volume of the base tank to the volume of the extraction vessel is 1:20. A compressor can be connected to the base tank, made with a pressure-limiting valve and increasing the pressure to 3-5 atm. At the same time, the ratio of the volume of the base container to the volume to the volume of the extraction vessel is (2÷3):20.

EFFECT: reduction of extraction time, as well as more economical consumption of raw materials, more environment-friendly production.
