FIELD: oil-fat industry. SUBSTANCE: transfer line for production of oil from coffee slime and coffee production wastes has two plants successively installed and similar in design for treatment of raw materials with alcohol and extraction with hydrocarbon solvent. Each plant includes horizontal screw counterflow extractor, collector of extract, filter, centrifuge, nonheated ventilating drum and vapor condenser. Installed between the first ventilating drum and the second extractor is crusher of hammer or dick type. Production line ensures full extraction of oil by saturation of raw materials with alcohol and withdrawal of aromatic extract containing coffee oil before the main extraction.
