SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an emergency release mechanism for fluid loading equipment. Disclosed is an emergency release mechanism designed for fluid loading equipment, wherein the emergency release mechanism comprises two connectors, which are connected to each other by means of a clamp with the possibility of separating the connectors from each other. Each of two connectors includes: main part of connector with structure in form of vacuum double pipe; a valve seat provided inside the distal end of the main part of the connector, wherein an opening is formed in the valve seat through which the transported fluid medium passes, and a valve element located in the main part of the connector. Valve element is configured such that when the connectors are separated from each other, the valve element in each connector is brought into contact with the valve seat under the action of the spring force generated by the spring, to close the hole, and when the connectors are connected to each other, the valve element of each connector is pressed by the valve element of the other connector to move from the valve seat and open the hole. Valve member includes: a retaining member which retains a sealing material which forms a seal between the valve member and the valve seat when the valve member is in contact with the valve seat; block made of resin/polymer, wherein block covers distal end surface of retaining element; and acting element made of metal, wherein said actuator accommodates block and actuator extends from said retainer to extend through said opening.
EFFECT: preventing the situation when connectors are separated from each other, the surface of the part of the valve element of each connector, which is open to the atmosphere, receives a charge of static electricity.
