SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline transportation of oil, oil products, liquid chemical products, liquefied natural gas, gas condensate, stripping gases and other liquid, gaseous and fluid products in loading, transfer hoses, articulated pipelines and manipulators, loading levers for use at oil, chemical, gas terminals of sea and river ports, in the sea between watercrafts, and is also used in railway tank cars and tank trucks unloading-filling plants, hose filling plants, bunkering plants for filling sea and river vessels, in space rockets filling plants, fire hoses, as well as in installations for shipment of food fluid products and connectors. Articulated joint of pipelines has two flanges, sealing assembly and two cylindrical housings, each of which is made with at least one ball rolling groove. One of the housings acts as a stator, the other one – a rotor, where each groove is formed with a radius with an offset centre relative to the centre of the ball; at that, one flange is connected to the rotor housing, the second flange is connected to the stator housing. Sealing assembly has a primary seal installed in the seat, and a secondary seal installed on the rotor on the side of the seat, and a seal preventing penetration of the external medium, and also has structural elements used depending on the transported product.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of dismantling and replacing the seals and the possibility of dismantling and replacing the rotor and stator of the hinge (cassette principle) without disassembling the equipment, of which the hinge is a part, as well as to ensure reduction of labour intensity, metal consumption and prime cost during the said equipment production.
