FIELD: biomedical cellular technologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biomedical cellular technologies, in particular to the creation of a device for an individual active filtering mask with bactericidal treatment of air inhaled and exhaled by a person, containing viruses and bacteria in suspension. The mask consists of a metal body in the form of a cylindrical ellipsoid, equipped with a metal cover on one side. The upper part of the lid has the shape of an ellipse, and the side part is made in the form of a perpendicular metal strip. The cover is connected to the housing at least in three places. On the other hand, the case is hermetically connected to a replaceable fabric medical mask with a plastic zipper. Two ultraviolet semiconductor LEDs with emission wavelengths of 260 nm ± 10 nm and 280 nm ± 10 nm are installed inside the housing. The LEDs are spatially located at two foci of the cylindrical ellipsoid at a height of 1/3⋅h from the height of the elliptical cylinder. The cover has an electrical low-voltage connector with an electrical switch designed to power two LEDs from a rechargeable portable power source. The electrical ground circuit for powering the LEDs is connected through metallized strips to the housing and connector.

EFFECT: simultaneous ultraviolet damage of both membrane proteins of viruses and bacteria, and photodamage of the molecular mechanisms of replication and functioning of DNA and RNA of viruses and bacteria when the inhaled and exhaled air flow is irradiated with resonant ultraviolet radiation from two LEDs.
