SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a connecting box for wall mounting, containing a box body (1) with a back base (2) and a sleeve (3) protruding forward from the base, as well as a connector body (5) located on the base. The sleeve surrounds the mounting space (4) for the installation component along the periphery, and said component is accessible through the open front end side (6) of the sleeve. The connector body comprises a connecting contour (7) for the installation component, facing the mounting space for the installation component, and a connecting structure (9) for the pipeline, accessible from the outside (8) of the box body. According to the invention, the sleeve (3) and the base (2) of the box body (1) are made integral from a synthetic foamed material, and the connector body (5) is embedded in the synthetic foamed material of the base (2); wherein the connecting structure (9) for the pipeline and the connecting contour (7) for the installation component remain free from the synthetic foamed material.

EFFECT: invention can be applied, e.g., in mounting sanitary and electrical equipment.
