SUBSTANCE: invention relates to glass fibre polymer compositions based on polyphenylene sulphide and a method for production thereof, intended for use as structural polymer materials, which includes polyphenylene sulphide and glass fibres treated with a solution of hydrofluoric acid and finished with an organic finishing agent - 1,3-diaminobenzene.

EFFECT: improvement of physical-mechanical and rheological properties of created composite materials due to treatment with hydrofluoric acid and introduction of finishing agent, increasing wettability of filler and increasing intermolecular adhesive interaction between glass fibre and polyphenylene sulphide matrix.
