SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for collecting and processing acoustic emission signals. The substance of the invention lies in the fact that the device for collecting and processing acoustic emission signals contains acoustic emission sensors, analog-to-digital conversion boards, while the analog-to-digital conversion boards are installed in the PCI connectors of the motherboards of two user computers connected to each other by a low-frequency synchronization line, with in this case, one of the computers is the master, the other is the slave, and the device is also distinguished by the fact that the acoustic emission sensors are connected to matching units that are connected to the measuring channels of the analog-to-digital conversion boards, wherein the analog-to-digital conversion boards are connected by a high-frequency synchronization line connected to the synchronization channels of the analog-to-digital conversion boards.

EFFECT: ensuring high throughput of measuring channels (MC) and high speed of processing of measured data.
