SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for hot melting, a garbage can equipped with a device for hot melting, and a method of controlling temperature of a hot melt. Device for hot melting for garbage can contains heating wire, which is used for melting and heat sealing of garbage bag neck. Heating wire is connected to the hot melting circuit. Device includes a base with heat-resistant and insulating properties, and a heating wire is provided on the first end surface of the base. Besides, the device comprises a control unit with the possibility of data exchange communicated with the hot melting circuit and used to control the hot melting circuit. Both ends of the heating wire are provided with bent parts, the base has a through hole or a groove corresponding to the bent part, and the bent part is connected to the hot melting circuit through the through hole or groove through the wire harness. Wherein the bent part of the heating wire is connected to the wire harness and fixed on the base by means of a cold pressing clamp, wherein said cold-pressing clamp is provided with a hole for passage of the line and an adjustment element for adjustment of the hole size.
