FIELD: rubber production.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a rubber regeneration method. This method includes stages of mixing of rubber crumb with a plasticizer, a regeneration activator, a catalyst and a solvent. The mixing is carried out in a mixer for bulk materials in the presence of oxygen at a temperature of no more than 100°C. Rubber crumb is mixed with the plasticizer until the entire plasticizer is evenly distributed along the crumb surface, then, the activator is added and mixed until its even distribution along the crumb surface, after that, the catalyst is added, and the resulting mixture is mixed until even distribution of the catalyst along crumb, at the following component ratio in wt.% of the final mixture weight: 1) the activator contains: monosubstituted hydrazine 0.15-0.95 or a mixture of monosubstituted hydrazine hydrochloride 0.5-1.8, an alkaline agent 0.5-1.5, optionally, alcohol or water 0.25-1.5; or a mixture of monosubstituted hydrazine sulfate 0.7-2.5, an alkaline agent 0.5-1.5, optionally, alcohol or water 0.25-1.5; 2) the plasticizer 6.0-20.0; 3) the catalyst containing: transition metal salt 0.15-0.8 and alcohol 0.75-4.0; 4) rubber crumb up to 100.0.

EFFECT: improvement of the ecological characteristic of the rubber regeneration method, increase in the regenerate quality, expansion of the raw material base of the process.
