FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to medical ecology, and can be used for determining the level of environmental well-being of children's living area. The criterion of environmental well-being of living areas (CEWLA) is determined by the content of chemicals released into the environment by man-made objects within the living area under study in the organisms of children, based on indicators characterising the children's living area: ionising, electromagnetic and acoustic emission and indicators of the spread of viruses, microorganisms. The boundary values are determined for each controlled indicator. The CEWLA is calculated. If at least one indicator has reached the children's living area is determined environmentally unfavourable. If is for all indicators, the children's living area is determined environmentally favourable. The system for determining the level of environmental well-being of children's living area includes subsystems for monitoring the indicators of the children's living area, monitoring the chemicals in the organisms of children, data processing.

EFFECT: method and system increase the efficiency and validity in making urban planning and production and economic decisions in the conditions of the territorial technosphere due to the expanded list of controlled indicators.
