FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: tension balancing system for steel ropes at the driving end for lifting due to friction in a superdeep well comprises a friction wheel, left and right guide wheels, left and right steel ropes, left and right adjusting wheels, left and right winding wheels, left and right adjusting oil cylinders, hydraulic pipeline, pump station, group of pipeline switches, left and right lifting containers, balancing ropes and drums. Friction wheel is located in the middle, left and right adjusting wheels and left and right winding wheels are distributed in a circle around the friction wheel, left and right guide wheels, left and right adjusting wheels and left and right winding wheels are all symmetrically located on two sides of friction wheel; both the number of left steel ropes and the number of right steel ropes are even numbers greater than 2; adjusting wheels have a degree of freedom of movement in the radial direction of the friction wheel and are connected to the adjusting oil cylinders to perform radial actuation, all left and right adjusting oil cylinders move in the radial direction of the friction wheel, the adjusting oil cylinders are connected to the pump station by means of a hydraulic pipeline, and the hydraulic pipeline is equipped with a group of pipeline switches. Above system is used when implementing the method.
EFFECT: inventions can effectively improve the lifting and mechanical efficiency and significantly adjust the tension balancing of the steel ropes; and can improve efficiency of lifting system without maintenance by frequent and manual adjustment of ropes.
