SUBSTANCE: method and device for attaching a zipper to a polymer film using a minimum tension on the zipper includes providing the first and second tension control loops, a tag detector, as well as a hole puncher programmed to punch a hole in the zipper when a tag is detected. The zipper and the film are fed to the welding station at the same speed, and the zipper opening is combined with the label on the film, which ensures that the zipper strip is welded to the film.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving the smoothness of adjusting the tension of the zipper strip, as a result of which packages are obtained in which cockle and deformation of the film is prevented.
