FIELD: air cleaning device status indication.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to systems and methods for indicating the status of an air cleaning device and controlling the air cleaning device based on the indication. The air cleaning device status indication system comprises a central processor, at least one air quality sensor, at least one air cleaning device status indicator located on the air cleaning device control panel. According to the method for indicating the state of the air-cleaning device, first the filter life is calculated, then the concentration of the harmful substance is calculated, based on the results of calculating the remaining life of the filter, the air-cleaning device state indicator is turned on. The display system can be combined with the control system of the air cleaning device operating on its basis. The method for indicating and controlling the state of the air purifying device includes the steps of turning on/off the air purifying device and switching the fan speed of the air purifying device.
EFFECT: use of the claimed system and method leads to such a technical result as increasing the service life of the air cleaning device and enabling the consumer to control the operation of the air cleaning device.
