SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology, genetic and protein engineering. The pET19b-Surv-OL plasmid has been constructed, which provides synthesis of a recombinant hybrid protein survivin-obelin in Escherichia coli cells, capable of binding to anti-survivin antibodies and possessing bioluminescent activity of Ca2+-regulated photoprotein obelin, and can be used in medicine. The specified plasmid contains the DNA sequence SEQ ID NO: 1. The invention also relates to the Surv-OL protein isolated from Escherichia coli cells transformed by the pET19b-Surv-OL plasmid with a molecular weight of 39.7 kDa; consisting of survivin, a connector peptide: LEENLYFQGTA and an apophotoprotein of Obelia longissima obelin having an amino acid sequence encoded by the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a bifunctional hybrid protein consisting of recombinant survivin, having the ability to bind to the corresponding antibodies to survivin and at the same time bioluminescent activity, as a potential highly sensitive bioluminescent reporter for detecting the cancer marker of survivin by bioluminescent immunoassay of a competitive type.
