FIELD: electric drive control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric drive control systems for centrifugal units and can be used to reduce the cost of electrical energy and equipment wear when transporting liquids with variable rheological properties to the stowing complex of mining and processing enterprises. The device reduces the cost of electrical energy for pumping liquid and the wear of electromechanical equipment due to the dynamic correction of the speed of the electric motor depending on the actual energy losses in the pumping unit so that the magnitude of these losses does not exceed their value in the nominal operating mode.
EFFECT: reduction of energy loss and wear of a centrifugal pump and its drive motor when pumping liquids of variable density and viscosity.
