FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used, in particular, in the recycling of technogenic gold-bearing geomaterials by heap leaching in the northern regions. The method for heap leaching of gold from technogenic gold-containing geomaterial in cryolithozone conditions includes the preparation of processing sites, the laying out of anti-filtration screens on them, the laying of leached gold-containing geomaterial and heat-forming substances in sealed plastic capsules in stacks, the installation of thermal monitoring sensors, equipment for the supply of leaching and pumping of productive solutions. In the spring-summer period, the laying of geomaterial is carried out in parallel rows, the distance between the stacks is determined from a certain ratio. The stacks are directed with a long axis from east to west, while the height, width and length of the stacks are set in a ratio of 1:3:10. Waterproofing coatings are laid between the stacks, after which the laid-out stacks are leached. Upon completion of leaching, the space between the spent stacks in the autumn period is filled with gold-containing geomaterial with the formation of new stacks directly in contact with the spent stacks, which are separated from each other by a waterproofing coating. Leaching of new stacks is carried out. At the onset of the autumn period, the surfaces of all stacks are covered with removable thermal insulation mats.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure a stable technological process and a positive temperature regime of leached geomaterials, reduce energy consumption for heap leaching of gold with high metal extraction.
