SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the elimination of technogenic pollution and disposal of solid waste, and can be used at mining enterprises in the North. The method includes layer-by-layer laying of TTO with water pouring and freezing with natural cold. During the construction of the storage facility, a lower freezing circuit is installed from horizontally laid metal pipes, through which, to speed up the freezing of individual layers, cold air is continuously circulated, pumped by a fan. After this, the following layers are laid on top of the circuit in the same sequence, until all solid waste to be buried is completely laid, and then the upper freezing circuit is installed, through which cold air is circulated. An ice shell is frozen over the contour. After this, several protective layers are erected from layers of soil. The storage facility is equipped with thermal control and temperature control systems.
EFFECT: ensuring localization of toxic substances in permafrost zone conditions for a long time.
