SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing an oxidised liquid, wherein the method includes the stages of: generating a water containing ozone at a high concentration in a pressurised vessel, including the stage of bubbling gaseous ozone through water in a pressurised vessel; mixing the water containing ozone at a high concentration with a working fluid in a mixer, forming a homogeneous and gas-free mixture of water containing ozone at a high concentration and the working fluid; supplying the homogeneous and gas-free mixture to a reactor, and producing an oxidised liquid in the reactor, wherein the oxidised liquid contains the oxidised form of various organic and inorganic compounds present in the working fluid. In the method, an acid-containing supplied liquid is used to generate water-dissolved ozone with a higher concentration in a saturated or near-saturated concentration compared to state of the art processes, at atmospheric pressure and a neutral or alkaline pH.

EFFECT: ensured separation of ozone oxidation in liquids.
