SUBSTANCE: options of a DNA aptamer intended for specific binding to human PrimPol and inhibiting its DNA polymerase and primase activities are proposed.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for inhibiting DNA-synthesizing PrimPol activity, which is achieved by the interaction of DNA aptamers with PrimPol molecule.
