FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described is a DNA-aptamer capable of binding to prothrombin, characterized by the following nucleotide sequence: GTGACGTXGGTTGGTGTGGTTGGXXCGTCAC, or d-GTGACGTXGGTTGGTGTGGTTGGXXCGTCAC, or d-RGTGACGTXGGTTGGTGTGGTTGGXXCGTCACR, where X in eighth position is nucleotide G, or C, or T; and in 24 and 25 positions – A, or C, or T. Declared DNA-aptamer forms complexes with prothrombin with high specificity and thereby introduces an inhibitory effect at earlier stages of the blood coagulation system.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of products for binding with prothrombin.
