FIELD: extraction technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the extraction technology of natural raw materials. A method for obtaining CO2 extract of Schisandra chinensis CO2-extract is proposed, including the preparation of vegetable raw materials, followed by extraction with supercritical fluid CO2 with ethanol at elevated temperature and pressure, while Schisandra chinensis creepers, crushed to a particle size of 5-6 mm, are used as plant raw materials, extraction is carried out with a solvent at a flow rate of 5-20 kg/kg of plant material, which is supercritical fluid CO2 with a mass fraction of ethanol of 5%, at a temperature of 31-50°C and a pressure of 100-200 bar for 60-90 minutes.
EFFECT: invention provides high efficiency of extraction of Schizandra chinensis by increasing the mass fraction of the co-solvent, which is used as ethanol, the possibility of extracting thermolabile biologically active substances (BAS) in effective quantities with a yield of up to 6% by weight of plant materials, in particular schisandrin A and schisandrin B, the use of an available, safe and easily separated co-solvent of ethanol, reduction of time, reduction of temperature and pressure of extraction, preservation of the composition of biologically active substances in the resulting product and the absence of hard-to-recycle waste and by-products.
