FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a CO2 extract of Siberian dwarf pine Pinus pumila. Method for producing a CO2 extract of Siberian dwarf pine Pinus pumila, including the stages of preparing the plant-based raw materials, followed by extracting with supercritical fluid CO2 with ethanol at high temperature and pressure, wherein needles of Siberian dwarf pine Pinus pumila crushed to a particle size of 5 to 6 mm are used as plant-based raw materials, extraction is performed using a solvent with a consumption of 5 to 20 kg/kg of plant-based raw materials, wherein supercritical fluid CO2 with a mass fraction of ethanol of 5% is used as said solvent, at a temperature of 31 to 60°C and a pressure of 50 to 200 bar for 60 min.

EFFECT: above method provides high efficiency of extraction of Siberian dwarf pine Pinus pumila due to the increase in the mass fraction of the co-solvent in the form of ethanol; possibility of extracting dihydroquercetin in effective quantities; use of an affordable, safe, and easily separated co-solvent of ethanol; reduction in the time, temperature, and pressure of extraction; preservation of the composition of biologically active substances in the end product; and absence of hard-to-recycle waste and byproducts.
