SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obtaining lipophilic extracts in an environmentally friendly way. The method of obtaining a lipophilic extract of stinging nettle, enriched with chlorophyll, including extraction with carbon dioxide of prepared raw materials — dried and ground stems of stinging nettle, at elevated temperature and pressure, characterized in that supercritical carbon dioxide is used as an extractant, the extraction temperature is 40–80°C, and the pressure is 200–450 atm, the particle size of the raw material is 0.2–1 mm, the carbon dioxide consumption is 5–50 kg/kg of raw material, the extraction duration is 20 minutes — 4 hours.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the yield of lipophilic extract during supercritical fluid extraction, enriched with chlorophyll, the content of which is not less than 8%.
