SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and relates to a strain of the virus of infectious nodular dermatitis in cattle. The described strain "Tyumen/2019" of the infectious nodular dermatitis virus was isolated from cows with infectious nodular dermatitis and deposited in the Collection of Microorganism Strains of the Federal State Budget Institution "ARRIAH" under the registration number No. 292 -dep /20-80
EFFECT: strain reproduces in TU and YADK-04 cell cultures for 2-3 days and accumulates in a titer of 6.0 lg TCD50/cm3, retains its original characteristics when passaged in TU and YADK-04 cell cultures for 5 passages.
