FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to molecular diagnostics. Oligonucleotide primers and a fluorescently-labeled probe were developed for amplification and detection of a gene fragment of the outer capsid protein EEV of the infectious nodular dermatitis virus (LSDV) of cattle in which other representatives of the family. Capripoxviridae and vaccine strains of Neethling LSDV virus present a deletion of 27 bp. in this locus, whereas in the field isolates of the virus of the LSDV it is absent: LSDf2- 5'-TAGAAAATGGATGTACCACAAATACAG 3', LSDr33 5'-TTGTTACAACTCAAATCGTTAGGTG-3', LSD_probe 5'-ACCACCTAATGATAGTGTTTATGATTTACC-3. Method is also proposed for detecting the genome of the field virus of the LSDV using these primers and a probe and a test system. A highly sensitive kit consisting of a ready PCR mixture, Taq-DNA polymerase, positive control and negative control was developed.

EFFECT: invention can be used in veterinary medicine, clinical and laboratory diagnostics for detection of DNA of field viruses of LSDV cattle in samples of a wide range of pathological and biomaterial.
