SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of grain products storage, in particular to methods for long-term storage of rice grain processing products. The method for preserving rice screenings includes dosing rice screenings into a mixer, where pre-obtained dry ice granules with a size of 1.7-3.0 mm and a temperature of -78°C are added during mixing at the rate of 0.02-0.03% by weight of rice screenings. Then the resulting mixture is placed in a sealed isothermal container for subsequent exposure for 120-150 minutes, simultaneously with which the 3^rd-4^th treatments of the sustained mixture are carried out with an electromagnetic field in the frequency range of 50-450 kHz of the “wave swing” mode with a duration of each treatment of 7-10 minutes and breaks between them of 30 minutes. Next, the mixture is dosed and packed into sealed plastic bags or bags with a thickness of 200-250 microns with the formation of an additional volume for the gas cushion formed as a result of the sublimation of dry ice, with the possibility of storage up to 12-18 months.

EFFECT: proposed method for preserving rice screenings makes it possible to solve the problem of long-term storage of rice screenings without loss of nutritious and physiologically significant components of its composition by using safe and effective methods for material processing, excluding the use of high temperatures and additives that degrade the quality of the product.
