SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas devices, to a gas valve and a gas device. The proposed gas valve contains: a plug valve with first gas inlet (3), second gas inlet, connecting hole and at least one gas outlet (4), and a proportional valve with gas inlet, first gas outlet (5) and second gas outlet. In this case, the gas outlet of the proportional valve directly communicates only with the connecting hole of the plug valve, and the second gas outlet of the proportional valve communicates only with the second gas inlet of the plug valve. The plug valve and the proportional valve are used in combination to ensure the presence of two sealing structures and compliance with standard requirements without the need to install a shut-off valve in a pipe of the gas device, providing primary gas intake, as a result of which a number of gas valve elements and a number of sealing holes in the entire mechanism are reduced, reliability is increased and costs are reduced.

EFFECT: due to the interaction between the proportional valve and the plug valve, the gas device, in which the described gas valve is used, can provide precise control of burner flame.
