Set for manufacturing a dental prosthesis includes an aligning apparatus for dental prostheses and a standard dental prosthesis in a preset shape. The set for manufacturing a dental prosthesis includes an aligning apparatus for dental prostheses, a dental prosthesis in a preset shape, and a relining material. The method for manufacturing a dental prosthesis includes the stages of: retaining a standard dental prosthesis in the aligning apparatus for dental prostheses; the relining material is applied to the inner surface of the standard dental prosthesis; and the shape is matched on the relining material applied to the standard dental prosthesis.
