SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely dentistry and is intended for use in the manufacture of a reference prosthesis. A reference prosthesis to be used as a reference element of a prosthesis for the production of a prosthesis has a given shape and size. At the same time, it contains the basis of the reference prosthesis, which corresponds to the reference element of the prosthesis and contains the main part of the basis of the prosthesis to be manufactured, artificial teeth that are fixed to the basis of the reference prosthesis and serve as artificial teeth of the prosthesis to be manufactured. Moreover, the basis of the reference prosthesis is less than the prosthesis to be manufactured. The method for manufacturing the prosthesis contains the stages: (A) the stage of preparation of the reference prosthesis; (B) the stage of determining the reference prosthesis; (C) the stage of superstructure and transmission, including: (C1) the stage of superstructure and transmission in the central region; (C2) the stage of superstructure and transmission in the anterior region and (C3) the stage of superstructure and transmission in the rear area. At the same time, after completing the stage of superstructure and transmission in the central area, the stage of superstructure and transmission in the front area and the stage of superstructure and transmission in the rear area are performed simultaneously or separately.
EFFECT: inventions provide for the effective manufacture of a prosthesis tailored to a specific patient, which can be manufactured with a higher overall efficiency, also including a preliminary check and correction by grinding without reducing the fit to a specific patient.
