FIELD: single crystals production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of obtaining single crystals of iron borate. The method for reusing the solution-melt in the synthesis of iron borate FeB FeBO3 O3 consists in using a solution-melt containing the components Fe2O3 - B2O3 - PbO - PbF2, after synthesis the solution-melt is drained, then the concentration of iron W(Fe) and lead W(Pb) in the drained solution-melt to calculate the state parameter "n" by the formula where W(Fe) is the concentration of iron, W(Pb) is the concentration of lead, while the parameter "n" in the initial solution-melt is chosen equal to 0.1, with a decrease in the parameter "n" in the drained solution-melt, the amount of iron oxide is calculated, consumed during the synthesis of FeBO3, the solution-melt is restored by adding the calculated amount of FeBO3to it and heating it to 900°C, the reduced solution-melt is homogenized at a temperature of 900°C during the day, it is again examined by XRF to control the state, determining the parameter "n", and when the value of "n" approaches the initial one, the reduced solution-melt is used for the repeated synthesis of FeBO3.
EFFECT: ensuring successful synthesis by reusing the drained solution-melt that remains after the solution-melt synthesis of FeBO3single crystals.
