SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to reconstructive interventions on the inferior vena cava in the surgical treatment of non-organ tumors of the retroperitoneal space with a locally advanced tumor process. The tumor is mobilized along the perimeter in the distal direction. Wherein the mobilization is carried out to the level of the infrarenal department of the inferior vena cava (IVC). Further, in the proximal direction, the tumor is mobilized along the perimeter, access to the gates of the right and left kidneys is carried out in the medial and lateral directions. right renal artery and vein are then ligated and transected in the aortocaval space. The inferior vena cava is cut on vascular clamps above the confluence of the common iliac veins at the lower pole of the tumor, and the inferior vena cava is traction in the lateral and medial directions. A segment of the IVC is isolated circularly from the tumor array throughout, without violating its integrity, the tumor is removed. Then, the selected segment of the IVC is reimplanted by forming a single-row vascular suture of the end-to-end type, restoring the integrity of the IVC and venous blood flow through it, after which layer-by-layer suturing of the laparotomic wound is performed.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of thromboembolic complications associated with the number of anastomosed ends at the stage of vascular reconstruction, to reduce the number and length of the synthetic suture used to form the anastomosis, and to reduce the operation time.
