FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to vascular reconstructive surgeries. A graft with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the vein is formed from the falciform ligament flap, by positioning a fragment of a falciform ligament on an auxiliary cylindrical object, first knot is applied with a synthetic monofilament suture "from outside to inside" and "from inside to outside" from the graft on the medial stump of the left renal vein, then, continuous circular anastomosis is formed, thereafter, an anastomosis is formed with a lateral stump of the left renal vein in a similar manner, and before tightening the last ligature, the lumen of the vessel is washed with a solution of heparin 1 ml to 10 ml of normal saline, then the vascular clamps are removed and the defect area is checked for tightness, the last ligature is tightened and the suture ends are cut off.

EFFECT: method enables to create a graft of a suitable diameter, which provides favorable conditions for the formation of end-to-end anastomoses, wherein the graft diameter can be adjusted in a wide range of values depending on the value of the falciform ligament starting material; prevent thrombosis in the reconstruction area due to two smooth, mesothelium-lined non-thrombogenic surfaces of the falciform ligament; as well as to increase the reliability of the anastomosis due to the thickness of the falciform ligament approaching the thickness of the veins.
