FIELD: molding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a part of composite material. The method includes following stages. A fibrous preform of the manufactured part is molded by application to a surface of a set of fibrous structures impregnated with thermoplastic polymer, wherein this application is created by automated fiber stacking, and applied fibrous structures are only impregnated with an organic phase containing thermoplastic polymer. Then, thermoplastic polymer is removed from the preform by dissolution with a solvent, next, a liquid impregnating composition is injected to pores of the fibrous preform to form a matrix in pores of the fibrous preform, and it is heat treated. Fibrous structures consist of ceramic or carbon fibers. The matrix is obtained after heating the impregnating composition injected to pores of the preform. Matrix components are not used simultaneously with fibers, when creating the preform.
EFFECT: improvement of mechanical properties of the part due to an increase in the quality of the matrix and a reduction in the number of macropores in the preform.
