FIELD: excavation equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to excavation equipment and, in particular, to machines for the development of frozen rock. The device for the development of frozen rock contains a base machine, a working equipment frame connected to it by hinged and hydraulic cylinders, on which cutters and a shearing working body with drives are vertically mounted. Equipped with hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic distributor, an adjustable hydraulic throttle, a control unit and an adjustable hydraulic drive of the chassis equipment of the base machine, moreover, two shearing working bodies are made in the form of two-cam shafts placed behind the side cutters in movable supports installed in the guides of the transverse beam mounted on the frame of the working equipment, and each cam shaft is pivotally connected by means of a lever to a hydraulic cylinder rod pivotally connected to the working equipment frame. The cavities of the hydraulic cylinders are connected by hydraulic lines with an electrically controlled hydraulic distributor, and its control coils are connected by electric lines to the control unit, which includes an adjustable time relay. The rod end of the working equipment frame drive hydraulic cylinder is connected by a hydraulic line through an adjustable hydraulic throttle with the hydraulic drive control of the running equipment of the base machine.

EFFECT: reducing the loads acting on the working equipment and the base machine, as well as in automating the speed control of the base machine depending on the amount of resistance on the working bodies, increasing productivity and reliability while facilitating the control of the workflow.
