FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, in particular to equipment for testing the working bodies of drilling rigs and drill pipes. The device contains a loading mechanism, a stop assembly and a braking mechanism. The loading mechanism is formed by a loader-rotator of the drilling rig, connected to at least two drill pipes, articulated by threaded connections to each other and to a stop assembly on the common axis of the drill pipes, made of a case with a shaft installed in it and self-aligning stop-radial bearings, a brake mechanism mounted on the frame, made in the form of an angular conical gearbox connected to the shaft of the stop assembly by a coupling, and two powder electromagnetic brakes connected to the gearbox by couplings.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the design of the stand and reducing the test time with the provision of dynamic loading conditions close to the operating conditions.
