SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication system for measuring and reminding, connected to a container with substance for transmitting data to a user’s computer via a communication network. A device for measuring the level of material inside the container is proposed, wherein the container contains a neck and a hole in the upper part of the container for receiving and dispensing material, a cap made with the possibility of closing the hole of the container. The device contains a case unit made with the possibility of remaining attached inside the cap in such a way that the specified case unit is located above the hole of the container when the cap is closed. The specified case unit contains the first sensor for measuring the level of material inside the container, a printed circuit board, a battery, a battery holder for holding the battery on the printed circuit board, and a controller connected to the printed circuit board to receive a signal from the first sensor related to the level of material in the container, calculate the amount of material in the container based on the received signal, and issue reminder signals based on the calculated amount.
EFFECT: creation of a device for measuring the level of substance in a container and providing reminder signals based on the consumption of substance.
