DEVICE FOR FILTERING AND SEPARATING LIQUID MIXTURES UNDER PRESSURE BY MEANS OF MEMBRANES Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC B01D63/10 B01D35/30 B01D61/02

Abstract RU 2771559 C2

FIELD: separation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for separation processes using semi-permeable membranes. Device (10) for filtering and separating liquid mixtures (11) under pressure by means of membranes (12) includes sealed container (13), in which membranes (12) are hermetically installed, as well as inlet (14) for mixture (11) and outlet (15) for permeate (16) separated from mixture (11) by means of membranes (12), and outlet (21) for retentate (18). Sealed container (13) consists of polymer material. First terminal element (19) is made with the possibility of insertion to container (13) through first open side (130), and second terminal element (20) is made with the possibility of insertion to container (13) through second open side (131). Second terminal element (20) has the possibility of insertion and installation inside (25) container (13) of a package of membranes (12) and has the possibility of detachable positioning on mentioned first and second open sides (130, 131) of container (13) using corresponding Zeger’s ring (26, 27) that is detachably enters corresponding circumferential groove (28, 29) correspondingly made in the circumferential direction inside (25) container (13). Between Zeger’s ring (26) on first open side (130) of container (13) and first clamping element (23) resting on first terminal element (19) and located in front of it in the direction of first open side (130), disc-shaped adjusting flange (30) is located. Adjusting flange (30) has a set of threaded holes (31) that are axial relatively to axis (132) of container (13).

EFFECT: reduction in weight and dimensional indicators with the provision of high level of safety in the plant operation.
