FIELD: membrane apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designs of roll-type membrane units. Disclosed is an electrically-driven barrel-type apparatus consisting of a housing made from dielectric material, nozzles for feeding and discharging cooling water, a perforated tube, films having notches recessed in half from its thickness, turbulator screens, membrane substrates, cathode and anode membranes, drain screens, which are a cathode and an anode, devices for supplying electric current, electric wires, polymer perforated partitions with perforation in three rows of holes in a staggered manner along the entire length, nozzles for discharge of cathode and anode permeate, nozzles for retention of retentate, vertical partition, collectors of pre-anode and cathode permeate discharge, sealing filler, cooling water turbulator grids, roll element, rubber collar, sealing gasket, sealing gasket, initial solution supply nozzle, seating gaskets, mating pressure flange, end gaskets, antithepische lattice, bushing, external tubes, partitions, inner tubes, adhesive composition, elliptical slots, elliptic grooves, holes, end gaskets, cover, fixing gaskets, holes in fixing gaskets, rubber rings, external discharge pipes, wherein the perforated tube is made with perforation in the form of elliptical grooves, along the perimeter of which there are semi-ellipses made at distance of 5 mm from each other, and on the inner surface there are eight semi-circles of grooves, passing along entire length of generatrixes and distributed from horizontal axis at angles π/6, π/3, 2π/3, 5π/6, 7π/6, 4π/3, 5π/3, 11π/6, respectively, holes in fixing gasket are made in form of two half-moon with rounded edges, on internal surface of inner tube there are eight semi-circles of grooves, passing along entire length of generatrixes and distributed from horizontal axis at angles π/6, π/3, 2π/3, 5π/6, 7π/6, 4π/3, 5π/3, 11π/6, respectively, the outer and inner tubes are perforated with elliptical slots, along the perimeter of which there are semi-ellipses made at distance of 5 mm and 10 mm from each other, respectively, in the polymer perforated partition there are elliptic holes, films having notches recessed in half from its thickness, are in form of a parallelogram, connection pipe for cooling water inlet is shifted to split end face surface of housing of device by 25 mm, union for outlet of cooling water is shifted to blind end surface of housing of device by 25 mm.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of hydraulic resistance in the retentate and pre-anode, cathode permeate retention channel, high efficiency and quality of separation of solutions, increased area of cathode and pre-anode membranes for separation of solutions, reduced effect of concentration polarization.
