FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device body is made in the form of the cylindrical shell 1, one of the end surfaces of which is blind with blind internal grooves in the center for the perforated tube 14 and for the outer tubes 25 positioned from the horizontal axis at the angles π/2 and 3π/2, respectively. The second end surface is detachable and it is the cover 39 itself, having the seal with the device body in the form of the tongue-groove, where the sealing gasket 8 is located. At the same time, from its inner side, there are the through grooves in the center for the perforated tube 14 and the outer tubes 25 positioned from the horizontal axis at the angles π/2 and 3π/2. The perforated tube 14 is perforated in the form of the elliptical grooves 33 and sealed by the cover with the fitting gasket 11. The initial solution supply connecting branch, the external discharge tubes 50 are threaded from the outside of the cover 39, the discharge tubes 50 are tightly welded from the end face to the retentate discharge connecting branches 38, creating the manifolds for the pre-anodic 44 and pre-cathodic 45 permeate discharge. In the manifolds there are electrical wires, passing through the holes in the fixing gasket, between the nonperforated partition, the outer 25 and the inner 27 tubes, the perforated elliptical large 32 and small slit 31. The electrical wires are connected through the polymer perforated partition holes with the drainage grids, that are the anode and cathode, and through the sealing filling of the external discharge tube 50 - with the device for the electric current supply 24.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions separation, improve the pre-cathodic and pre-anodic permeate cooling, provide the simplicity and convenience of maintenance and replacement of the device spiral wound element.
