Electrobaromembrane device of roll type, consisting of a body made of dielectric material, fittings for input and output of cooling water, a perforated tube, films, having notches, recessed in half of its thickness, turbulence promoter grids, membrane substrates, cathode and anode membranes, drainage grids, which are the cathode and the anode, devices for supplying electric current, electrical wires, polymer perforated partitions with perforation in three rows with holes in a checkerboard pattern along the entire length, fittings for removal of cathode and anode permeate, fittings for removal of retentate, vertical partition, collectors of removal of anode and cathode permeate, sealing filling, turbulence promoter grids of cooling water, roll element, rubber gland, a seal pad, gasket seal, a fitting for supplying initial solution, a setting gasket, a response clamping flange, end gaskets, an anti-telescoping grid, a sleeve, external tubes, partitions, internal tubes, adhesive composition, elliptical slits, elliptical grooves, holes, end gaskets, covers, fixed gaskets, holes in fixed gaskets, rubber rings, external outlet tubes, characterized in that the perforated tube is made with perforations in form of elliptical grooves, along the perimeter of which there are semicircles, made at a distance of 5 mm from each other, holes in fixed gasket are made in form of equilateral triangles, outer and inner tubes are respectively made 2 times larger in diameter, external outlet tubes, which from the end surface are hermetically soldered to fittings for removal of retentate, are also made 2 times larger in diameter, as well as fittings for removal of cathode and anode permeate, outer and inner tubes are perforated with an elliptical gap, respectively, along the perimeter of which there are semicircles, made at a distance of 5 mm and 10 mm from each other, respectively, films that have notches, deepened in half of its thickness, make in form of diamond, thickness of turbulence promoter grids is increased by 20 %.

EFFECT: technical result is a decrease in hydraulic resistance in channel for removal of retentate and anode, cathode permeate, an increase in productivity and quality of separation of solutions.
