SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for treating functional diseases of gastrointestinal organs. Combination for treating functional gastrointestinal diseases contains effective amounts of trimebutine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in combination with a substance selected from group comprising 4-oxo-4-(2,4,5-triethoxyphenyl)butyric acid, 4-(5-cyclohexyl-2,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-oxo-butyric acid, 4-methyl-7-sulphooxy-coumarin, 2-methyl-2-[4-(1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-yl)phenoxy]propionic acid and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Also provided is a drug for treating functional diseases of gastrointestinal organs in the form of tablets or capsules, placed in a pharmaceutically acceptable package, wherein the agent contains the above combination in a therapeutically effective amount.
