FIELD: drilling equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling equipment, namely to screw downhole motors designed for drilling and repair of oil and gas wells. The device includes a cylindrical metal sleeve, an elastic lining inside the sleeve with internal helical teeth to interact with the rotor. The rotor is placed inside the stator and is equipped with external helical teeth, and a rigid tubular frame is installed in the sleeve, fixed in it motionlessly. The frame has through radial holes and forms an internal cavity between the inner diameter of the sleeve and the outer diameter of the frame. The elastic lining has internal helical teeth, the diameter along the cavities of which is less than the inner diameter of the tubular frame, while the elastic lining fills through radial holes in the tubular frame and the cavity between the inner diameter of the sleeve and the outer diameter of the frame.
EFFECT: reliability and good controllability of the engine are ensured, its length is reduced, power is increased, labor costs are reduced in manufacturing.
