SUBSTANCE: drain for penetrating anti-glaucomatous surgical operations is made in the form of a hollow profile with a closed contour of bioresorbable material, and it has at least the first protrusion, with the possibility of through threading of the separated scleral flap through a drain cavity with the possibility of introduction of the specified protrusion to a trabeculectomy zone until its edge exits to a front chamber. In another option, a drain is presented for penetrating anti-glaucomatous surgical operations, made in the form of the final product of bioresorbable material with the first and the second end and a middle section located between them, as well as with at least the first protrusion to provide the possibility of introduction of the specified protrusion to a trabeculectomy zone until its edge exits to a front chamber, and with laying the specified middle section under the separated scleral flap with location of at least one end from the outer part of the separated scleral flap or an adjacent sclera section outside the scleral bed.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will allow for achievement of long-lasting hypotensive effect.
