FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming rectangular superficial flap turned with its base towards the limbus. Two parallel incisions concentrically arranged relative to the limbus are made in scleral flap bed in deep sclera layers to suprachoroid space with sclera bridge being retained. Two allogenic biomaterial Alloplant strips Are introduced into the anterior chamber with wedge-like thickened ends. The other Alloplant ends are introduced into the suprachoroid space with the rectangular sclerovascular flap located on the same place. Alloplant biomaterial is introduced above it shaped as racket. The sclerovascular flap is attached to scleral incision edges with single U-shaped suture.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; normalized intraocular pressure.
