FIELD: cement production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of cement, namely to the composition of raw mixtures for the production of white cement, and can be used in the building materials industry for the production of colored cements. The effect is achieved by the fact that the raw mix for producing white cement contains limestone, kaolin, a silica-containing component and an active mineral component. The proposed effect additionally contains building lime and a gypsum-containing component of a by-product of the production of phosphoric acid - phosphogypsum, with a water of hydration content of not more than 30% of the total mass of dry matter. As an active mineral component, a flask containing 70-90% SiO2, 7-18% Al2O3 is used in the following ratio of components in terms of dry matter, wt.%: kaolin 8.5-18, silicon-containing component 5.5-10, flask 0.54-1.40, building lime 0.02-0.06, phosphogypsum 0.1-1.0, limestone the rest.
EFFECT: expanding the range of raw mixes for the production of white cement.
