SUBSTANCE: installation for generating hot air using animal fatty oil generated by heating slaughtered cattle, pigs, etc. is proposed. A transportation device, such as a conveyor, a heating device made with the possibility of heating a slaughtered animal fed by a transportation device, an oil separation device made with the possibility of producing fatty oil by pressing slaughtered cattle heated in a heating device, a storage device made with the possibility of storing fatty oil separated by an oil separation device, and a device for generating generation of hot air are connected in series, made with the possibility of supplying fatty oil, stored in a storage device, and generating hot air by burning fatty oil. The fatty oil contained in the slaughtered animal is isolated from the slaughtered animal by heating, and then stored until fed as fuel. The object is dried using hot air generated by burning fatty oil supplied as fuel.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of hot air generating devices.
