SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drying and weight-reducing unit using spent steam recirculation to provide a disposal system with a standardised volume, more specifically, to a drying and weight-reducing unit using spent steam recirculation to provide a disposal system with a standardised volume. Proposed is a drying and weight-reducing unit using spent steam recirculation to provide a disposal system with a standardised volume. Drying apparatus crushes and dries food waste. Drying apparatus comprises a hollow body with a first drive shaft and a second drive shaft located therein at one and the other ends of the hollow body, respectively. The first drive shaft is connected to the external drive source so as to rotate, and the second drive shaft is connected to the external drive source so as to rotate and is installed on an imaginary line adjacent to the first drive shaft. A mixing and crushing apparatus configured to mix and crush the contained food waste, wherein the opposite ends of the mixing and crushing apparatus are connected with the first and second drive shafts, respectively. The first dust catcher filter and the second dust catcher filter are used to filter the steam and gas product in order to remove impurities. The condenser condenses the steam and gas product in order to remove moisture. The circulation apparatus pumps the steam and gas product into the drying apparatus so as to use said product for drying food waste instead of releasing into the atmosphere. The second dust catcher filter comprises a purifying apparatus supplying the detergent and water to the second dust catcher filter to remove fine dust and oil from the steam and gas product, thereby preventing dust or oil from contaminating the pipe connecting the second dust catcher filter and the condenser, and the condenser.
EFFECT: invention increases the efficiency of crushing and mixing; reduces the cost of equipment required to prevent air pollution caused by the release of spent steam and gas product; eliminates the smell of spent steam and gas product, thereby reducing the cost of production; reduces electricity consumption and simplifies the technological process; removes fine dust contained in the steam and gas product formed during drying, thereby preventing the pipes and the condenser from being contaminated with fine dust.
