FIELD: pipeline maintenance.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for cleaning the inner surfaces of pipes. The complex of micro-hydraulic shock cleaning of the inner surface of the pipes of the heat exchange unit contains a movable nozzle of a micro-hydraulic shock cleaner, a high-pressure hose and a pumping station. The complex additionally contains an electromechanical cleaning robot with numerical control, the retractable hollow rod of which is made of elastic material and connected at the inlet through a high-pressure hose to the outlet of the pumping station, and at the outlet with a movable nozzle. The electromechanical cleaning robot also contains mechanisms for two-coordinate longitudinal and transverse movement of the rod from the drives of the corresponding reversible electric motors with the possibility of positioning it, as well as a differential sensor for the location of the rod and the speed of its movement, connected via a signal output to the signal input of the electromechanical cleaning robot, the control outputs of which are connected to the control inputs of the corresponding electric motors.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity and quality of hydrodynamic cleaning of the inner surface of the pipes of heat exchange units based on the microhydraulic shock effect.
